Dragon Smoothie Bowl!

This simple recipe is amazing! If you are looking for a quick and easy recipe to jump start your day this one is it! This recipe is one I also use with my clients and one that I enjoy myself!
Along with the recipe I have included some nutritional information as well to help you crush your health and fitness goals! Enjoy!

Place the following ingredients into a high speed blender:
- ½ Cup Frozen Berries Mix (Strawberries, raspberries, Blueberries, blackberries)
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1 Cup Coconut water
- 2 Tsp powdered pitaya
Pour into a bowl and top off with the following:
- 1 banana (sliced)
- Fresh berry of choice
- nuts/granola of choice
Total Nutritional Value:
Calories = 440
Protein = 10 g
Carbs = 110 g
Fat = 2 g
And that is literally it!
